My Story
I joined Scentsy in October of 2016. At the time, I had never really experienced much of the products, never been to a party, and did not own anything myself. A friend had a warmer and I loved the scents of the waxes she had. I joined as I needed the extra money, and could not afford the product myself, I had to earn it, and I thought "why host a party and get free stuff if I can just sign up and get paid as well as get free and half priced products?!" I was killing two birds with one stone. Within my first year, I had multiple promotions and grew a team, spanning from Ontario to New Brunswick.
I suffer from anxiety and I am bi-polar. I was afraid of talking to people I did not know as well as talking in front of a group of people. But over the last 5 years, I have become more confident in myself, and have learned to step out of my comfort zone. I have made lots of new friends, gain pride in myself, as well as self confidence. Every day I grow more. I have learned that I love to help others, by offering guidance, support, friendship and advice. Scentsy has been able to help me find a part of me that I did not know existed, and I love the person I am becoming!!!
Scentsy has been able to provide me with an income that has helped me cover things like my vehicle payments, household bills, shopping sprees, and save for bigger items, as one day I hope to own my own home.
My family is even enjoying being a part of my business. We make samples together, sort orders, make deliveries and so much more together.
